Printing License
You can print our calendars for free for personal, classroom and internal business use, including at a print shop. You can't sell the files or post them on another website. This page explains the rules in plain English.
What you can do with the calendars
You can print, copy and edit the calendars for any of these uses, free of charge:
- Print them at home for yourself, your family or friends.
- Print them for a classroom, school office, club or place of worship.
- Print them for use inside your business, such as on staff noticeboards or desks.
- Have them printed at a print shop or copy center for any of these uses.
- Edit the Word and Excel files to add your own events, then print them.
- Use them on your own tablet, for example in GoodNotes or Notability.
What isn't allowed
You can't sell the calendar files, or put them on another website or app for others to download. In detail:
- Don't sell the files, or printed copies, as a product.
- Don't upload the files to another website, app, marketplace or file-sharing service.
- Don't present the designs as your own work.
Linking to a page on printablecalendarshub.com is always welcome. A link is the best way to share a calendar.
The credit line
Please keep the small "printablecalendarshub.com" credit in the calendar footer. It is small enough not to get in the way, and it is what keeps the calendars free.
Commercial and bulk use
Commercial and bulk use is allowed on request. Email [email protected] if you want to print calendars to sell or give away in quantity, use them in a product, or include them in a publication. Tell us which calendars, the quantity and how they will be used.
Fonts in the files
The PDFs use Public Sans, Fraunces and Atkinson Hyperlegible, which are licensed under the SIL Open Font License. The Word and Excel files use Arial, which comes with Windows and macOS, and embed no fonts.
This license covers the calendar files and designs on printablecalendarshub.com. It sits alongside our terms of use.
